The staff were friendly, at least, but this was the worst hotel we’d stayed at in years. Our first room had water dripping from the ceiling. The second had cabinets that were badly busted up. The third was adequate, but had no desk. The place is full of maintenance problems: the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall, and the picture frames were all broken. It was a nightmare all around. If it hadn’t been so late, we would’ve gone somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend staying until they do major maintenance.

The breakfast was really good and a great way to start the day: sausage links, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, juice, milk, and coffee, plus other things I can’t remember. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and brought more blankets when asked. The room was spacious and super clean, and it’s dog friendly. Some remodeling was going on without any notice: cabinet doors and drawers were missing, painting was underway, and wall protectors were lying on the floor. Still, it’s a decent place to stay, and I’d come back.

8/10
The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were welcoming and pleasant with my dog, which I appreciated. There was some construction, the A/C could’ve been cooler, and our king suite had the couch by itself in a little separate space, a strange layout. I’d stay again, though.

10/10
It’s convenient for a quick trip, with the airport about 20-30 minutes away. The room could use some work because it had an old carpet smell and the A/C filters need cleaning. Apart from that, it was a good place.

The room was clean and the beds were fine, but everything else in the room and common areas was poorly maintained. The whole place is in rough shape, and the hallways were loud and smelled of smoke. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
