Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis - East

Breakfast was good, with eggs, meat, potatoes, and a pancake conveyor machine. The pool is warm, and the staff were nice. Beds are super comfy, with great pillows. The pillowcases even tell you which pillows are soft and which are firm. Rooms are big and clean, with a fridge, microwave, and kuerig in each one. The bathroom has all DOVE products. It's less than a mile from lots of food options. My only small complaint is that the shower could have better water pressure. I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....

Sherry was so welcoming and sweet. We had a small hiccup, and she went above and beyond to sort it out. Even the two teens with me were happy. The rooms are clean, roomy, and up-to-date. We'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was first class, and they had plenty of warm cinnamon buns. Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The rooms had upscale bathroom lighting and other nice amenities, and everything worked in this brand new hotel. Holiday Inn and Suites East is clearly the best Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at. Right off I-70, it's an ideal stop for continuing a trip. On a 1-10 scale, I'd give it a 10. Thank you!

Another great stay. The hotel is clean inside and out, and the rooms are always clean too. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the breakfast is really good for a hotel breakfast. The ladies preparing and serving it are quick, and keep fresh food coming out all the time.
