The rooms were clean, spacious, and great. I’d still stay again, but the common areas need more attention from management. There were tiny flies around the drinking fountain, dining areas, can recycling bin, and the disabled bathroom. The lobby bathrooms were out of order too. Only one elevator was working. I got stuck in it for nearly 10 minutes while it stopped at every floor going up and down before reaching the lobby. The main valet exit was blocked off and marked as an emergency exit, as were the staircases from the upper floors, so avoiding the elevator meant walking all the way to the other side of the hotel. The front desk also didn’t know how to apply the tax exemption I should have received on my room rate. A few straightforward fixes could make things much better. Hope this helps!

The room was spacious, accommodating, and had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was roomy, with plenty of towels and supplies. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the included breakfast had loads of food and drink options. Parking is tricky. I’d recommend valet, though that was busy too, with quite a line when we arrived on a weekend.

I was surprised how well I slept here. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels where I got a worse night’s sleep. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room had more than enough amenities for a weeklong stay. It’s in the heart of the city, close to everything on foot, with a parking garage right next door. My only complaint is that I’d have preferred a bathtub to the walk-in shower. Highly recommend this place.

The employees were helpful and very nice, and the location is decent and easy to reach. There’s only valet parking at the hotel, though parking is available nearby. Delivery orders may end up at the wrong place even if you give detailed instructions. That happened to me, but the young woman at guest services asked a couple of questions, told me to wait, and came back moments later with my driver and order. Breakfast is typical for the Hilton family. I like the fresh waffle station, and my husband said the apple juice was delicious. Maybe freezing it while he got dressed helped! The room was spacious, with lots of lights and outlets, and the website photos were accurate. I liked the kitchenette setup and pull-out table. The bathroom needs maintenance: the faucet turns about 190 degrees, and the shower sprayed over the top of the door until I tightened the shower head by hand. The outer shower door squeals almost unbearably and felt less stable than it should. We also couldn’t get the bathroom pocket door to close. The hotel was okay, but our room had a few issues that need attention. Since it’s downtown, expect views of buildings, garages, and streets.
