Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Dinner Detective was so much fun, especially with everyone interacting. The food was enjoyable and the event was worth the money. If you have a big appetite, eat a little beforehand. I heard one man say he was still hungry, but the amount was plenty for me. Bring your thinking cap!

First time here, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. The people were really nice and showed that Hoosier Hospitality. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. No complaints. There's plenty to do less than 10 minutes away.

The pool was advertised as heated, but its heat pump was broken when we arrived, and there was no heated pool. That was the main reason my husband wanted to stay here. Other guests in the pool area said they'd booked for the same reason. I think they should have disclosed the problem. I was also told parking was $20, though parking in roll three was free. Room service costs an extra $5, and there's no free breakfast. At least we had only booked one night. At first glance, the place seemed nice, and the man who checked us in was friendly. His coworker didn't need to say anything for her unpleasant attitude to show. Once we reached the elevators, I started noticing the wear. The room was a big disappointment for the price. My bathroom at home is 10 times better: some tiles were cracked or had chunks missing, the walls needed paint, the shower pressure was poor, and I had to hold the toilet handle down through the whole flush cycle. One washcloth had a red stain, and if it can't be cleaned, it should be replaced. This was the first hotel I'd stayed at with no microwave or access to one. I'll never stay here again.

The room was spacious, new, and very clean, and the property was easy to reach in a good location. I ordered dinner through room service at 10PM and worried the food might not get much care that late. It was carefully prepared and tasty. The employees were very friendly and seemed to care about my satisfaction. I'm glad I stayed and would recommend it if you're after a full service hotel.
