FRONTDESK 1010 Central Apts Downtown Indy

Rosie has been such a peach through my move. She and her team made everything go as quickly and smoothly as possible, and I’m really grateful. I’m so happy to be joining this community. The location right in downtown Indy is lovely!

The gnats are everywhere, the walls are paper thin, and rent keeps going up every year without any updates. I’ve been here more than five years, and this place has gone downhill badly. The new property manager is barely around and, from my experience, has been terrible to deal with. She told residents we could use the staff spaces after 5 pm, then recently told the towing company she didn’t want anyone parking there anymore, saying we’d park as soon as she left. Several of us got towed this weekend, with no updated notice to residents. If your car gets broken into, don’t expect help from the cameras. She said they don’t record, even though she watches them while she’s there. She also sends rude portal messages if you have company over. Apparently having guests is a problem. This is my last year here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rosie, the new property manager, has only been here a short time, but she’s already made a real difference to the complex’s overall well-being. She’s professional and easygoing. She’s amazing.

Rosie, the property manager at 1010 Central Apartments, was kind and knew her stuff. She made my recent move-in go smoothly.
