We spent an hour and a half going back and forth with Expedia, our credit card company, and the front desk before we finally got our money back and could leave for another hotel. When we decided to go, the desk initially refused to return the deposit because we'd checked in more than 15 minutes earlier, even though we'd been shuttling between the desk and two rooms. He eventually agreed but tried to give only a partial refund. The first room smelled like cigarettes and feces, had a huge hole in the wall, things falling off the washroom wall, and a bathroom fan that screeched loudly. Pulling back the bed blanket revealed a suspicious brown smear on the sheets. The next room had a noisy machine that made it smoky. Its secondary lock was broken, and the panel over the key lock access was missing, so anyone could try to get into the room. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not stay here.
