I didn’t stay in a room, so I can’t comment on those, but I loved my meal at the casino buffet. Everyone, from management and the waitress to the people clearing tables, was warm, genuine, and generous with their smiles. The service was superior, and I felt treated like family from the moment I arrived until I left. The food was fresh, plentiful, and varied, with Asian, Italian, American, and Latino options. There were so many excellent desserts, too. Treat yourself to the experience. I highly recommend it. I plan to attend the opening of the new bar with live music and dancing. If you’re going to join the opening festivities, please confirm the date.

I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t rate the rooms. The people working in the little shops were super nice and helpful, and the Fantasy springs employees are awesome. I love the coffee shop too. The employees there are friendly, helpful, and give excellent service. I also love the casino’s concert lineups. Thanks again for all you do.

The Pom restaurant is our breakfast go-to. The Power Start breakfast comes with ham steak, poached eggs, and oatmeal, and you can build your meal from several choices. There’s lots to enjoy here: a nice pool and refreshing walkway, bowling, generous servings of delicious ice cream, weekend music in the lounge, bingo, and fun slots. Love this place. It’s a perfect getaway for us.

We spent the day without water anywhere in the building. It was shut off in the morning and didn’t come back until evening, so there were no showers, restrooms, or air conditioning. The casino was boiling too, and the hotel offered no explanation, compensation, or reason to stay. A complete hot mess.

The room and pool were clean, and the casino was tidy and not too crowded when I visited. Staff were helpful with the event services at the event center, and customer service was good.
