I’m very upset about what happened when I called the front desk on January 4, 2026 at 2:38 PM PT about charges on my card for our December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026 booking. The employee was rude and hostile, dismissed me, and abruptly told me to call back Monday to speak with the manager. She didn’t offer any help with the legitimate billing question. I felt treated like a problem for asking about charges, and her conduct reflects badly on the establishment. I want the employee’s conduct reviewed, a prompt response about the card charges, and confirmation that the issue is being taken seriously. I’m asking for a manager or supervisor to contact me directly to resolve both the billing matter and this incident. I won’t accept being disrespected for seeking clarity about charges to my card. The people who work here are nice, and the hotel is very clean and updated. Breakfast was decent, too. I checked out today, and I have no doubt this is one of the best places in the area.

The beds were good, and the shower head had great pressure. The rest of the place feels run down: mildew in the bathroom, a rusty frame, loose floor tiles, and worn-through headboards and chairs. The tap water tasted like engine oil, and about half the outlets didn’t work. I also noticed that roughly half the outlets seemed not to work.

Sonia, Roschelle, and Ana deserve a special mention. They went out of their way to help, and the whole staff made us feel at home. The sauna was seriously great, too. I’ve traveled all over North America, and this is right near the top of the places I’ve stayed. It’s only a 2-star hotel, but what a hidden gem and a wonderful experience.

Tammy at the front desk handled our late check-in so professionally, and she was amazing. The room was clean, and breakfast was a nice extra. I’d definitely recommend staying here with a family.
