This was our second stay here in a week, between trips, and I’m finally writing a review. We came back because it’s such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Miguel checked us in today, 12-12-25, and his customer service was excellent. He was courteous, compassionate, and went above and beyond. Hampton should recognize him. A great team is what makes a great business, and I’m sure there are other great employees too. People really do check reviews before choosing where to stay, and service like Miguel’s matters. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area. Very satisfied!

My room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They didn’t clean during my stay, though. All they did was replace the towels, which feels unreasonable for what I paid.

I was very satisfied with the stay. The building is new and everything was very clean. The room stayed quiet even with the freeway nearby, thanks to the double-pane windows. Breakfast was free, and I especially liked the omelets and waffles. Coffee was always available in the lobby, and having a microwave and fridge in the room was handy. The jacuzzi wasn’t open, probably because it was winter, so I couldn’t unwind after golf the way I’d hoped.

Manuel helped us at the front desk and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We felt so welcomed and cared for. The room was fresh, clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything felt new. My husband and I got a kick out of the fun, tasteful October decorations. We’ll bring the grandkids next year. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn locations as a Hilton rewards member, and they’ve never let me down. This one was just as good. The room was clean and updated, customer service was good, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. I recommend it if you’re around the Palm springs area.
