We picked this place because finding three queen beds for our party of four, including two big boys, was great. The location was handy for main roads and lots of food within walking distance. Breakfast was tasty if we got there early, especially the fresh waffles. Later on, the line got ridiculous, the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were soggy with condensation, and the milk and pancake or waffle batter ran out. My husband didn’t care for the Folgers coffee, but there was a Starbucks next door. The room was nice, but three beds left hardly any space to walk, and we kept banging our shins on the frames. It was noisy from the street, the heavy-footed person upstairs, and knocking that seemed to happen whenever someone above flushed or showered. None of us slept well during our three days. Staff were pleasant enough, but seemed like they’d rather be elsewhere. The advertised outdoor hot tub or pool photo is misleading too, it could fit maybe two people sitting very close together. The pros weren’t enough to make us return.

My only real complaint is breakfast. They served only junk food, and left the TV blaring loud propaganda. Staff told me they weren’t allowed to turn it off, so I left without eating. Apart from that, it’s a well-run motel: the rooms were clean, everything worked, and the location was good.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, and I felt safe. There are plenty of fast food places nearby, but no laundry, boo. I stayed in four different rooms over 14 days, and they weren’t consistent. One had noisy air conditioning, and the plumbing was confusing, with separate hot and cold faucets. There’s a fair bit of wear and tear, and it’s starting to show.

For a short stay, it wasn’t bad. The rooms were nice and fairly clean, but the air felt stuffy, outside sounds came through, and the bedding made me sweat. The elevator took forever just to go up three floors. The pool is right in the middle of the parking lot.

We were in room 201 by the street, and the windows didn’t block the noise at all. Loud cars and motorcycles woke us several times, so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Parking cost $10 per night, which I paid for convenience and peace of mind. The next morning I found my car vandalized in the hotel lot, with the rearview mirror bent forward. Someone had clearly messed with it during the night. That was extremely disappointing after paying to park there. I hope the hotel improves the soundproofing and security.
