For my birthday last September, a close group of friends and I spent time on a houseboat at Rainy Lake, and it was an unforgettable mix of relaxing and getting outside. Some of us fished, while others read, used the hot tub, kayaked on the calm water, or took nearby hiking trails. There was something for all of us. The crew at Rainy Lake Houseboats got us ready for the weekend and made sure we felt confident heading out. When we hit a rock, they responded quickly and sent someone to help, which gave us real peace of mind. I'd highly recommend them whether you want to fish or simply unplug and relax with friends. I can't wait to go back.

The staff were friendly, knew their stuff, and were always ready to help. Our boat was spotless, stocked with what we needed, and easy to handle, so getting around Rainy Lake and Voyageurs National Park was a breeze. Seeing the park from the water was unforgettable. Kettle Falls Hotel could also be worth a stop for a day trip and a drink. Highly recommend Rainy Lake Houseboats!

We had a wonderful time out with our dogs! Rainy Lake Houseboats found us a rental reservation at the last second, and everyone working there was kind, accommodating, and hardworking. It's a great local business, and we'd use them again in a heartbeat.

The Rainy Lake Houseboats team got us settled as soon as we arrived, helping load everything and explaining what we needed to know. One propeller was broken, but they sent someone out to fix it. Renting a houseboat on Rainy Lake was a fantastic time, and the whole operation exceeded what I expected. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This was our second trip with Rainy Lake Houseboats, and we had a great time again. We caught some huge fish this past week, and the deck crew and owners were wonderful to work with. We'll definitely plan another trip.
