We enjoyed the indoor pool, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. What really made the stay, though, was how kind everyone was. Kelsy and Tyler handled check-in, and Tyler was the absolute best. Ms. V was lovely with my kids, and Ms. Ginger was always ready to help at breakfast. Lian and Kim from room service were prompt and nice, while Destinee, Lawanda, and Gerard at the front desk helped us so many times. I stayed from 2/13 to 2/18 and would definitely book here again. Such a nice group of people.

I don't always have such a nice time when I'm out of town, so I'm grateful for this stay. The room smelled great and was clean and well organized, and the hotel had amazing amenities. Everything looked pristine as soon as we walked in. Tyler made check-in easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Manager Nikola was delightful and very accommodating.

The breakfast attendants deserve a special shout-out. They kept everything stocked and tidy, and I overheard them kindly answering guests' questions and helping with dietary needs. The whole staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was the friendliest and most attentive team I've run into. The hotel was modern and clean too. One of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Keep up the five-star service!

The location right off I-75 worked well. Check-in was great, and the guys were helpful. The indoor pool looks nice, and the gym looks decent. Our room felt a little dated and didn't have a microwave, but the bathroom was clean and the shower was decent. No complaints.

We'd stay here again. The location was great, with a range of restaurants nearby, and the balcony was a nice place to hang out. The staff were attentive and friendly without seeming fake. Our room was clean and really nice, and the pool was clean too, though it could use lounge chairs. My only reason for taking off a star was the bed. Hampton beds are usually soft, but this one was firm and weak along the side, so I felt like I might roll out.
