The eggs at breakfast were awful, they tasted old and almost moldy, so I had to spit them out. The tater tots were cold and all clumped together. I stay at Best Western often and know their breakfast, but this was the worst. The room itself was clean. The mattress had springs I could feel, and the bed tilted to one side, so I kept sliding that way when I moved at night.

Shar was so gracious and helpful when we arrived after 1 a.m. with our dog, delayed by traffic after more than seven hours of travel. The front desk service at that hour was especially appreciated. We had a great stay, though the curtains didn't quite close and the front sliding door needed repair. The room was great otherwise.

6/10
Pet-friendly and reasonably priced, with a decently clean room and comfortable pillows and bedding. The bed itself was firm, though. Breakfast tasted like it had been cooked two days earlier, so I threw it out, and there wasn't a good spot nearby to walk a pet or let them relieve themselves. Just OK.

The hallways got pretty loud at night, with doors slamming and people coming and going. Still, we had a really good four-night stay and would come back if we're in the area again. The staff were kind and very accommodating, especially when they let us check in early after a long night of travel. Our room was nothing special but clean, and we appreciated the daily upkeep. The location was convenient, with plenty of amenities close by and quick highway access toward north Georgia or Atlanta.

It was noisy, but otherwise this was a very neat hotel, and the breakfast setup was impressive. Everyone on staff was amazing, and my room was cleaner than the one I had at the Hilton. Best Western doesn't have bugs! This will be the only hotel chain I use from now on.
