The location is superb, right on Kanab's main highway, and some rooms look out toward the road and the backdrop mountains. The room was clean and functional, though a little tired. Breakfast was basic, served on paper plates with disposable cutlery, so that wasn't a highlight. I gave service a low rating only because we didn't interact with hotel staff again after checking in. The pool is currently closed, but the hot tub beside it was open and getting plenty of use.

We liked the family suite, with its two rooms, and the beds were nice. The room was clean, and the large dining area looked festive for Christmas. Breakfast was average, and there were some TV problems, though they said their provider would fix them soon. The hot tub was nice, and our puppy had a good time too. We had a good stay, thanks!

The staff were very friendly, and you can see they care. The lobby looks great, and the pool table and other games are in good shape. But the rooms smell awful and feel very old. They need a complete remodel. We walked out and went to another hotel, and the staff didn't seem surprised. You can stay elsewhere in town for about the same price.

Breakfast was fine, with a good selection, and the hot tub and game room were available, though I didn't use them. Check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking when we got there around 8 p.m. The room was outdated but relatively clean. It did the job for a decent price, though I'd probably pay more for somewhere more updated. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.

The jacuzzi was very nice, and we used it every night. The location was perfect, but I won't stay here again. Breakfast wasn't good, the coffee was terrible, and the carpet was so stiff you definitely need socks. Expedia showed me as booked for two nights, and I paid for two, but the hotel system had only one. They deactivated my key as if I wasn't supposed to be there for night two, even though my things were still in the room. I had to go to the front office to get another key card. And those Expedia photos with the Red Rock mountains right behind the hotel? No, no, no, that's not what this place looks like.
