We had plenty of parking for our hot shot rig, and the stay was a great value. The room felt cozy with its wood ceiling, and it was updated, quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple: cereal, bread, muffins, coffee, and apple juice. The staff were friendly.
The staff were polite and even upgraded me to a king bed, which I appreciated. But cleanliness was a serious problem. The quilt was stained, there was someone else's hair on the bedding and around the bath and shower, a cut toenail was plainly visible on the floor, and a dead roach was in the bathroom. They changed the trash and remade the bed each day, but it didn't look like the sheets were washed, or the room vacuumed and wiped down between guests. For the low price, the place was cheap, but the quality made me feel it should cost even less. Breakfast was basic, just bread and a toaster, coffee, cereal with milk, and mini muffins. I was glad they offered it.
My semi's air went out, so I was glad this place had cold air. I got a non-smoking king room, though apparently I was the only one who hadn't been smoking in it. The sheets still had a body imprint, so I slept on the other side. I went through four pillows before finding one that wasn't completely yellowed from other people's sweat. The door was cleaner on the outside than inside, so I guess it was about 50/50. Still, I really enjoyed my stay.
Expedia listed my booking as a suite, but when I arrived they said they didn't have suites. The room smelled bad and was dirty, with bugs, stains, and hair left behind. The beds were uncomfortable and stained too.
The staff were friendly, and getting my car unloaded straight into the room was easy. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'll stay again.
