Tina at the front desk saved our night with her sincere kindness. It had been the most defeating day on the longest, busiest weekend, and I'm truly grateful to her. Thank you so much, Tina!!!!

I called before our stay to ask whether the pool was open. The manager, Tina, was rude and said she had no idea when it would open, adding, “I'm not the maintenance person.” I told her paying customers should be able to get a rough estimate, and she hung up. I tried calling back, but she wouldn't answer. That poor communication was enough to convince me I won't stay here. As consumers, we need to demand better.

We stayed twice in Nov '25. The pool and hot tub were working, though we didn't have time to use them. Dogs are allowed for a fee, and there's a Culver's and an Aldi's grocery next door within safe walking distance. Downtown Iron Mt. is about a 10 minute drive. Staff were friendly, the holiday decorations were nice, and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Prices were decent, and the usual free breakfast had waffles, egg and cheese omelets to heat in the microwave, biscuits and gravy, and more. My one complaint: the pop machine wasn't working on either visit.

Stains were all over the rug, and the white towels had brown marks on them. It looked like nobody had cleaned the room in a while. The most disgusting room I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The pool and hot tub were refreshing and inviting, with pool noodles to use. There was also a delicious 24 hour coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and cookie bar. The Halloween decorations were adorable and tastefully put up. Breakfast rounded out the stay with a wide selection of hot and cold items, including omelettes, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great for the price, and I highly recommend it.
