The room was good overall, though the bathroom door caught a little on the towel rack. I’d suggest taking the rack off. Cassandra at the front desk gave me some of the best hotel service I’ve ever had, and the maid I met in the elevator, Vivian, I think, was really friendly too.

After a long day, we could actually relax because Ms. Chris went out of her way to help us. She was kind and respectful, made sure we were personally taken care of, and made the place feel like home. Our stay was extremely good, and the wonderful staff, led mainly by Ms. Chris, made it possible. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s a real gem. Thank you so much.

The shower in our first room had no pressure, so I rated the stay 4 out of 5 even though the hospitality was a 10. Kris apologized and offered us another room to test first. The shower next door worked great, so we moved, and that room was clean and comfortable too. We were here for four days of work, and Kris checked in by text to see if everything was okay, then followed up the next day to ask how our stay was going. When we arrived, she greeted us like family, told us about breakfast and the pool, walked us to the elevator and pressed the button for us. The room was clean and comfortable from the start. If you're looking for a place in this area, you have to come here. You're family here!

The older women working after Brittney’s shift were wonderful, especially the night clerk who always called me beautiful. She brought snacks to my room for my kids shortly after we arrived, and she deserves a raise. Brittney was the opposite. I asked her to connect me to my husband’s room so I could wake him for work because his phone was dead. She said she couldn’t give out the room number, but she could have simply forwarded the call without telling me anything. It felt lazy, like she was doing the bare minimum and offering no solution. My husband will be there every week for work, and I’d recommended the hotel after we stayed there with our two kids before this week. Train Brittney properly. She could have put the call through without sharing any information.
