The three-bedroom was very nice, though the master shower was tiny. I’m an average-sized woman and had to wash my hair in the other bathroom. A larger person wouldn’t fit in that shower. Getting the room key wristband took 20 minutes because Rita was extremely aggressive. Transportation was helpful, but it only goes to one casino once an hour, with no other stops.

We’ve been owners for 20 years, and most things went well. The resort was accommodating, brought requested items to our room promptly, and put our three three-bedroom bookings in the same building. The shuttle service made the weekend difficult. On Super Bowl Sunday there was just one 15-passenger van each hour. We reached the pickup 45 minutes early and already found 20 people waiting. We had five kids and four adults going to an 8:30 pm show at the Excalibur Hotel, so we had to scramble for another way to get everyone there. After the show, we hurried to the return pickup about 30 minutes before the shuttle was due, but it was already full. The driver only said it was full, and estimated another hour's wait. We thought he might be ahead of schedule and back before 11:30 pm, but the office said that was just how it was, since a third party runs the service. Our whole party sat waiting again. They should do better for owners and their guests, with bigger buses or pickups every 30 minutes.

Check-in was easy, and everyone was kind and helpful. I’ve enjoyed the hospitality so far, and after two nights I’m looking forward to the other three. This feels like a Las Vegas gem to me. I’d recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing and friendly. I lost my phone and called guest services a million times while sorting out rides and having the replacement delivered. Daylia was the best.
