Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ironton by IHG

Justin welcomed me when I arrived, and there are lots of nearby places to eat or get delivery. The room was spacious, clean, and had no odors; I didn’t hear much from outside, even though it was near the vending machines and elevators. The king bed was comfortable. The hotel seems relatively new, and I was relieved to find no bugs, especially given other hotels in the area have reviews mentioning roaches or bed bugs. The beds have double mattress covers to help protect against spills and keep bed bugs out. I booked based on the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. I’d definitely return. My only complaint is that I had to use a third party to get a better rate, which is the case with a lot of places.

I’ve been here for a week and have two more weeks to go. The breakfast buffet is five-star, and the coffee is great. The biscuits and sausage gravy are delicious, even better than Bob Evans. My room is exceptionally clean, the bed is comfortable, and all the staff have been so nice and helpful. I’m loving my stay. Whether you’re passing through Ironton or live nearby, this is the place to be.

We’ve stayed here for several years when visiting family in the area. The hotel is clean and accessible, and the employees are nice and accommodating. They also have a great breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location and decorated for the last ever ironton wizard fest. Our room floors were dirty when we arrived. The rates felt expensive, maybe because there was an event in town.
