We stayed here on 2-19-26. The constant vibration was the worst part. You could feel it everywhere, even in bed. I called the front desk and someone came up, said they'd check, and said they'd return, but I never saw or heard from them again. It seemed like they were just pretending it wasn't happening. Constant vibration can't be good for the building, and I think someone should reinspect it for safety. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and it's new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mustard yellow, white, and black contemporary decor is jarring, and breakfast was terrible, just reheated frozen food as far as I could tell.

The mattresses are thin enough that you feel the springs, and sound carries from rooms next door and above. Booking site details were completely wrong, and I was charged $30 a day for parking because apparently I'd signed something. Reception never explained the charge. When I called to say I was frustrated by the lack of communication, they accused me of mistreating them and hung up. The staff are incompetent, and there are much better hotels in the area. They might as well charge $6,299,024,728 a day for parking, lol.

The first hotel breakfast I've had with miso soup and rice, which was nice over New Year. The room was very clean and the staff were kind. There's a free airport shuttle, and the hotel is close to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but the good options are within walking distance.

The hotel and room were clean, the staff were nice, and it stayed quiet despite being near the airport. Breakfast was good and complimentary, and the gym was decent. Had a great stay here. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!

Lovely hotel, but the ceilings are so thin that I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light sleeper. The people above me stomped around from 9-11 pm and again from 5-9 am every single day. I called the hotel twice, but left exhausted with a headache. I should've asked to switch rooms after the first two nights.
