The restaurant meals were a real treat. The chefs got my bacon perfectly crispy, and the pork chop I had for supper one night practically melted in my mouth. They also catered our team dinner with a taco bar, and the meats had a delightful spicy kick. My room was gorgeous, full of light, with lovely art and a seriously comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept it spotless. The staff were fantastic too, especially Athlene and the rest of the front desk team, along with Paula, Vanessa, Dolce, and the other restaurant staff. If I’m back in Dallas, I’ll stay here again.

I first tried Hotel Indigo on a whim last year while traveling through the Las Colinas area, which I visit a couple of times a year. I’m glad I did. I’ve stayed three times now, and every visit has been top notch. Everything feels clean and new, and the restaurant is delicious. Athlene at the front desk is especially awesome and makes both me and my dog Dennis feel special each time. Hope to be back next year!

The rooms are good and very new, but I can’t make the price make sense. They charge a $10 fee in exchange for a $15 credit, which seems like a commercial scheme. The cafe doesn’t have anything under $15 that makes the credit useful. Even a simple avocado toast is $20. The cafe service is good, though. For $300 or $550, I’d choose Residence Inn instead. Even at $360+ USD, this hotel doesn’t feel worth it. The technician was very good and quickly fixed a few electrical issues, and the front desk was very helpful.

Everything felt fresh and clean, and each team member we met was eager to help. Moises was friendly when we had dinner, and the woman who checked us out was warm and personable early in the morning, though I couldn’t read her name on the card she gave us. I had a phenomenal stay. Hotel Indigo is always my preferred place to stay, and I’d definitely come back here.

I’ve been to Irving often for work and tried a number of hotels, but Hotel Indigo Irving Las Colinas has been the best by far. I stayed six nights and enjoyed every minute. It’s welcoming, clean, modern, and in a great location. I arrived very late, and Randy at the front desk was amazing. He was helpful, informative, and personable, and got me checked in smoothly and quickly so I could rest after traveling. My room was clean, updated, modern, and comfortable. The Mediterranean-themed restaurant served great food, and room service was excellent. They refreshed the towels and room supplies, made the bed, and left the room spotless every day. I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the wonderful work running this hotel.
