The rooms were clean and pleasant, and well worth the price. Pickup from DFW airport went smoothly, and the shuttle starts running at 3 am, so catching my early flight at the end of the trip was easy. I’d gladly stay here again.

Friendly, helpful service and a nice, clean room with a comfy bed. It’s no frills, but the price is great. Good for a quick, safe overnight near DFW airport. They also offer long term airport parking for $6 a day, with a free airport shuttle. Great deal.

After our flights were delayed for four and a half hours and then canceled at 1 am, we were given a hotel stay here. We called the pickup number and were told the van would come in 30 minutes. It was an hour and a half before it showed up. We stood outside in 45 degree weather because the driver kept saying he couldn’t see us. The woman on the phone had directed us to the wrong pickup spot. We finally got in a van, but the driver was angry, arguing on the phone, and slamming the doors. Then he stood outside on the phone. We had to be back at the airport by 7 am, and it was already 3:30. His behavior made us feel unsafe, so we got out and slept at the airport instead. Reply to owner: Yes, I did. Nobody is taking responsibility for the bad pickup instructions or the driver’s aggressive behavior. The woman on the phone told us to go to E35 Terminal, on the second floor of the airport exit. She kept asking if we were sure we were there, even after we repeatedly explained we were exactly where she’d directed us. I finally asked her to check with the driver about what signs he saw as he drove by. He told her to look for a purple courtesy van sign. We had to search for that sign, which is on the first floor, clearly marked, and not at E35 Terminal. With proper directions, we’d have been picked up without a problem. You need to manage your employees better, including how you respond to reviews. It’s no coincidence so many people say not to stay there. The driver’s behavior needs to be addressed.

The airport shuttle took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get me, even though I told the hotel I’d landed right away. I called three more times and was told each time that it was on the way. One shuttle did come, but it only had room for two passengers, so I couldn’t get on. The driver said another would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took another 40. American Airlines placed me here after canceling my flight. The room wasn’t clean, with visible brown marks in the toilet, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. It was next to the elevator, so noise kept waking me up throughout the night. When I raised these issues, the front desk staff were neither friendly nor helpful.
