William looked after us so well that we'd come back just for him. The rooms were great, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its bay view. We ate at the Islander Resort restaurant, which was delicious, and also tried the other places William recommended. Having the shuttles was really convenient, and the drivers were always friendly.

William's hospitality was a highlight. He was warm and professional, always greeted us with a smile, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. His recommendations were helpful, too. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at Bayside Villas by Islander Resort. The spacious villas felt like a home away from home, with full kitchens and comfortable living areas. The bayside pool and wider resort amenities were easy to access, including activities, beach areas, and water sports. Right on the water, the property has beautiful bay views and a laid-back island feel. It made for a memorable, peaceful but fun getaway in Islamorada, and we can't wait to return.

William was great to have around. He noticed we were trying to get the grill going and came over to turn it on before we even asked. Whenever we needed help, he was there. The atmosphere is really chill, and access to the amenities at The Islander is a nice extra. We had a great stay.

William always checked that we had what we needed, and he's great. The villa was spacious, with a full kitchen and plenty of room for our group. The price also included access to the resort amenities down the road, and the shuttle service was very nice. We'll be back!

A peaceful couple of days right on the bay, and a great little escape from Miami. We loved the room. William was friendly and went out of his way to drive down the road after checkout to return something we'd forgotten. Thanks for a great trip!
