The staff and crew were genuinely helpful and tried to fix things, which I appreciated. Still, it felt like many of the problems came from a facility that needs maintenance and updates. Check-in was fast and easy, and the room was clean and spacious, which worked well for our family. But the carpet had visible paint stains. The bedroom heater worked, while the living room one didn't blow hot air, and the temperature difference was noticeable. I told the front desk and was offered another room, but it had the same issue, so we stayed put. They brought a small portable heater, but it wasn't enough for the room, and the kids were cold sleeping in the living room. I chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub after a long day playing in the snow, so finding the hot tub out of order was a big letdown. Breakfast was adequate, though the sausage and meat items were overcooked and dried out.

The staff are always friendly, the rooms are so nice, and the beds are cozy. Love the location, with so much to do nearby. The pool runs on the cool side, but the hot tub is nice. Huge breakfast on the weekends!

The location was the best part, with lots of restaurants close by. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with a kitchenette, and there's plenty of free parking beside the hotel. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 till 10, with plenty of continental choices, including fresh fruit. There's also a gym, play room, and swimming pool. The front desk staff were kind, attentive, and helpful.

Really clean hotel with friendly staff, a clean pool, and even a game room. Breakfast was great. Love this place!

The lobby snacks are just right, and everything was easy and convenient. I travel a lot and stay in plenty of hotels, but this one's among my favorites. Everyone was so kind. A+++
