We needed a room after our original business reservation fell through because the other party canceled. Even though it was the same day, the staff handled the cancellation without hassle and were quick, understanding, and professional on the phone. Later, only double queens appeared available, but when my husband checked in, they upgraded him to a suite at no extra charge. That was a really thoughtful surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, and I needed the invoice right away for billing. The front desk associate, I think her name was Alex, got it to me quickly. We were traveling through ice and snow, so the staff's kindness and flexibility meant a lot. We'd gladly stay here again.

We picked this hotel mainly for the two Level 2 EV chargers, but after around 30 minutes they stopped working. They couldn't be reset until maintenance arrived in the morning, so we couldn't charge overnight. It seems to happen often, since the morning receptionist immediately knew what the issue was. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a good bed, nice linens, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom. The kitchen had basic things for cooking or reheating food on the stove, though the microwave didn't work. Breakfast was a standard hot hotel spread, okay but nothing special, and there was no tea or hot water. The hotel is also conveniently close to the freeway.

The beds were comfortable, and our room was clean. Breakfast was fresh with a nice range, including bacon, cheese omelette, sausage, apples, bananas, and raisin bran. I didn't get a chance to try the indoor heated pool, but I definitely want to next time.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were professional and helpful. The whole property felt modern and orderly, with a spotless room and good upkeep. It was comfortable and a great value for the price. I'd stay again and recommend it.

My kids both have winter birthdays and love swimming, so we really appreciate the warm pool. The hotel is nice and clean, and the pool and breakfast are both nice too. The mattresses are kind of hard for me, though, and maybe toppers would help. We'll definitely be back.
