Days Inn Jackson

At least the front desk guy was polite, but this was truly the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The beds looked more like prison cots, the floor was dirty, the bathroom and shower were nasty, and there was dried food on the walls. Roach traps were everywhere. We were worried someone might steal our rooftop carrier while we slept, so we unloaded it. People were coming and going all night. Those five-star reviews must be fake.

I was tired and knew Days Inn was pet-friendly, so I booked a room. I always check the bed, and this one had bugs and a large dark yellow stain. I went straight to the office. The woman came to look, agreed there was a problem, and showed me another room, but it smelled so bad I couldn’t stand it. They said they understood and would refund my money.

The staff treat guests like we matter, especially the children. They’re sweet, attentive, polite, and quick to fix any issue. The rooms are very clean, with no bugs at all, and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is yummy, and the price is very affordable. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far my favorite. I absolutely love it, highly recommend it, and will definitely be back.

The manager was so welcoming and clearly cares about the guests. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and our room looked like it had been updated. He made sure we had a wonderful stay.
