Drury Inn Suites Jackson Mo

The hot tub and pool were great, and the hotel was clean and nice. The room was a really good price, too. Our only problem was the A/C wasn't working, so it got a bit warm, though not unbearable. That won't keep me from staying again.

The carpets could use a steam cleaning, and the hotel is due for a remodel. Still, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great value. The room was cleaned to the standard we expect from Drury, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This Drury Inn is unique and impressive.

The free breakfast, along with the complimentary evening snacks and drinks, made this an incredible value. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed and will definitely stay again. The whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was in great condition, and the lobby was very nice.

Cindy really stood out. I first noticed how energetic and friendly she was, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Her customer service was stellar. Good service is hard to find, and outstanding service like hers is a rare gem. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were super friendly and willing to work with us.
