We’ll absolutely come back. The Rusty Parrot’s staff were attentive, helpful, and easy to talk with, and we were always offered hand warmers before heading out. It’s just a short walk into town, with lovely indoor and outdoor places to sit. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, where we could see deer on the mountain, and the spa. Our corner room was cozy and quiet, with all the amenities we could want. The decor was thoughtful, the beds comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the plumbing fixtures top notch. Coffee and tea with afternoon cookies were a nice touch, though I wish the coffee were a bit stronger. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the service was the best we’ve ever had at this hotel.

We usually choose tropical trips, but Jackson Hole has become our new favorite. My wife and I loved staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa, where the warm, personal service made a difference from arrival through checkout. The valet team was pleasant and efficient, and the front desk staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to share local tips. We ate at Wild Sage and had duck one evening, then drinks by the roaring fireplace the next. The creative American menu uses fresh local ingredients and has great options. It may be the best restaurant in Jackson Hole, which is saying a lot in a foodie town. Chris was the best server I’ve ever had: attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu and pairings. He made an already excellent dinner feel effortless and special. I’d come back just to hang out with the guy. The rooms have plush bedding, gas fireplaces, and private balconies overlooking the mountains. Body Sage Spa was wonderful, and I had one of the best massages ever. The hotel is downtown but still feels peaceful, and it’s a good base for Grand Teton, Yellowstone, or exploring town. The service feels intuitive, warm, and personal. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it for a luxury stay, romantic escape, or adventure trip.

We spent three nights here while visiting Jackson Hole and had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff were all friendly. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day and had dinner there once; every meal was excellent. The coffee and tea available throughout the day were appreciated, and the evening cookies were delicious. We’d gladly stay here again.

My wife and I had a lovely anniversary here. The room was beautiful and just right, and room service was impeccable. The front desk staff were amazing, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

I didn’t stay at the lodge, but I had a Saturday spa appointment and loved the atmosphere and the staff’s energy. The massage’s deep release with arnica, apparently locally sourced, was such a relief for this athlete that even my face relaxed. Garen came right on time and took me downstairs to the massage area. The soft music and low lighting made it feel warm and calm. Warm pillows, hot towels, and cold crystal masks were part of the service. Breathing came easily, and Garden timed the massage to my breaths, which felt intuitive and thoughtful. They checked in regularly about pressure so it stayed comfortable and effective. Afterward, I could get dressed privately, then return to the lobby and relax with a snack before leaving. The spa starts with a serene lobby and check-in, followed by the locker room. Citrus water was offered while I waited for the practitioner. I’m looking forward to coming back. The hotel lobby is gorgeous, with a “Hunter’s lodge fine art” look, and makes a lovely passage into the spa area. There’s also a beautiful collection of handmade fine jewelry at surprisingly reasonable prices, selected from artisans across the U.S. Thanks for such wonderful ambiance.
