The front desk team was so helpful and kind, especially Stacy. She pointed us toward some great things to do nearby, which made the trip even better. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back if I’m in Jackson again.

For the price, this is a tremendous value. The rooms are well appointed, and the staff are second to none. There’s a gym and laundry on site, too.

The staff were really friendly and helped me end my reservation three nights early, which was the only reason I gave this two stars instead of one. I was fed up enough to move to another hotel closer to town square. Not worth the price, and I’d tell people to stay elsewhere. The room was newly renovated and looked clean at first, but on closer inspection all my bed linens were dirty, with unexplained stains on the walls and shower floor. I was glad I’d brought my own quilt and pillow. The bed was so uncomfortable I bought a mattress pad at the Target next door. The “kitchenette,” which was the main reason I booked, was just a microwave, fridge and coffee pot. It had basic utensils, but no dish soap, cloth or sponge until turndown service. By then I’d already bought dish soap at Target. There’s no breakfast, and few restaurants nearby, so the lack of a real kitchen really irritated me. Men gathered in the smoking area right outside my room, drinking, smoking and blaring music all night. I didn’t appreciate that at all.

The room was spotless, newly remodeled and comfortable, with a roomy bathroom and a large, nice shower. The kitchenette was essential for our family of five, and my kids loved the full-size bunk beds. The pool was heated, the grounds were pleasant, and there’s a laundry facility. We ended up here after our car broke down just outside Jackson on a family trip. Cindee at the front desk was incredibly kind and helped us through a stressful situation. She found us the best discount she could, helped locate a mechanic, suggested fun things to do in town and arranged a late checkout. She gave us peace of mind while we sorted out the car and figured out how to get all the way back home to WA. It’s not within walking distance of downtown, but if you have a car it’s only about eight minutes away. If you want a cozy, modern place with a kitchenette, this is a good option.
