Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson I-40 Exit 82

The room looked cozy at first, and the lighting was okay apart from the lack of natural light. The AC and TV remote both worked. But there were little roaches in the bathroom, and mold in the coffee maker. Housekeeping came by three times in an hour and a half, which was really annoying when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast didn't seem meant for guests: no waffle maker, just Activia yogurt and Jimmy dean sandwiches. My partner tried the cereal, but the milk was beyond rancid. Decent enough for truckers or business stays, but not for couples.

It was peaceful, and I'd stay again. I was there under clc. The room was clean and everything worked, though my toilet had a small leak and the outlet by the front door was dead, with what looked like a broken plug stuck in it. The maid staff was prompt, and everyone was friendly. There's a gas station next door and another across the street.

I've been living here for months and haven't had a single problem. I feel safe with cameras around the property, and it's quiet, too. The room is nice, and housekeeping checks every day to see if I need anything. The owner and family are great people. I'm happy with the place I've chosen to call home for now. It's amazing.

I couldn't get in for breakfast at 7:15am because the door was locked. From what I could see, it was just cereal, honey buns, and packaged muffins. We had arrived around midnight, and the woman took a while to come to the drive thru check-in window. The room seemed mostly clean, but there was a noticeable stain on the bedsheet. The bed was uncomfortable, with only a sheet and a thin cover that looked like it might have been a curtain. No blanket or comforter. It did feel safe and was fairly close to I-40, but I don't think I'd come back. I chose it over a brand new hotel down the road because free breakfast was listed, then left not long after trying to get some.
