Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville I-295/East Beltway

The room was quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and USB-C ports, plus a mini fridge, storage space, laminate flooring, tall ceilings, and a spacious layout. It felt luxurious for a budget-friendly price. The hotel was recently remodeled, clean, and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially Jean. My only small downside was the soft pillows, since I prefer firmer ones.

Nice hotel and rooms. We stayed before a cruise and left our car there during the trip, but I was distressed to learn that the parking was across the street in a lot with signs saying vehicles are monitored by a towing company and may be towed at the owner’s expense. The lot also disclaims responsibility for loss or damage. None of this was disclosed when we booked. We only found out after we’d paid and pulled into the lot across the street. In my opinion, we might as well have parked for free in the Walmart lot.

The rooms were nice, and the parking arrangement worked out well for our cruise. We left the car for 11 days for about $25, coordinated through the hotel with a stay, then took a $22 taxi to the cruise terminal. There's a Walmart a short walk behind the hotel. No breakfast, but it was a good deal and I'd stay again.

We came from South Carolina to see family, and the stay was disappointing. We were on the fourth floor, where drilling began at 9 in the morning and woke us while we were trying to rest on vacation. The bathroom water pressure was very weak, and the shampoo and conditioner were poor quality. It wasn't a good experience.
