Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic

We really enjoyed the clean hotel, updated rooms, and friendly staff. The location worked well for being near the hospital or the beaches, and we loved the bar and outdoor area. Water pressure was a little off a few times, but usually fine. Service at the bar and restaurant was extremely slow, though. The food was okay and the drinks were great, and the staff stayed very friendly and helpful. Budget extra time if you plan to eat or drink there.

I've eaten at the hotel bar twice, once for Sunday brunch and again today, with Johanna bartending both times. Her service was outstanding. The hotel doesn't usually offer fresh orange juice, but she squeezed fresh oranges herself to make me a glass. That kind of care and initiative is rare and meant a lot. She's professional, warm, attentive, and personable, and makes guests feel welcome while keeping service standards high. Johanna is an incredible bartender and a real asset to the Hilton at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor and convenient location. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was a wonderful blend of comfort and hospitality, and we'll be back very soon. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jacksonville!👏👏👏

I'm either homebound or at home, so I wish they'd donate an upgraded room to me! lol. I've stayed at Mayo Hilton many times as a breast cancer patient, and the front desk is incredible. When I call from my car, they bring a wheelchair from the back and help me from my parking spot to my room, including unloading my luggage. That's a real help since I'm in a wheelchair. No one has accepted a tip, even when I've been so nice to them, and they don't ask for tips. Thank you so much to everyone at Hilton Mayo. Don't forget to ask the front desk about the Mayo discount.
