Executive Inn

I travel often for work, so I mainly need a place to sleep and shower. The staff here have been friendly, pleasant, and attentive, and the on-site security has been top notch. A young man made sure I felt safe when I went out to get dinner and reassured me I’d be fine when I returned. I also saw him watching out for all the guests and moving unwanted visitors along. I’ve stayed at this location often, and it keeps improving.

My family and I had a terrible stay. The room was filthy, with mildew, crayon marks, and holes in the walls. People lingered around and stared at me while I sat in my car, so the place felt unsafe. Housekeeping wouldn’t give us towels, saying they were only handed out on certain days. I was shocked the place hadn’t been shut down. I can’t wait to get home to Houston, Texas, where motels keep things clean and guests comfortable for the same price.

I paid online for rooms for my crew, but when they arrived to check in, the front desk said they had to pay again. The employee said there was no way to get them into the rooms we’d already paid for. Terrible service and business.

There wasn’t a trash can or TV remote in the room. Roaches, both alive and dead, were scattered around. There were blunt guts in a drawer and ashes on the headboard.
