I’ve always been met with professional, courteous service. My room was clean and smelled fresh, with fluffy pillows and a comfy bed. The room was really nice and laid out well. The woman at the front desk deserves five stars for service. I came in upset about something that had nothing to do with her or the hotel, and she could tell. She kept smiling and stayed professional, and she turned my night around. The world needs more people like her. Thank you!

We were there for just one night, and Katrice made check-in a pleasant experience. She was friendly, personable, thorough, and professional. My wife, who’s a clean freak, said the room was super clean. It smelled new, everything worked perfectly, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Angel took 30 minutes to come back to the desk and check us in. There were no dishes, pots, or silverware for cooking, and it looked as if someone had quickly used the iron before we arrived. Breakfast was clean, at least, but consisted of yogurt, muffins, coffee, and an orange. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and lotion!
