Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows

We stopped here for a night while driving from SC to Tampa for our cruise, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable, though the pillows were just okay. I liked the full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, plus the hand wash and lotion bottles at the sink, all of which smelled great. They also left little bottles of mouthwash. If you've forgotten a toothbrush or toothpaste, or they're buried in your suitcase, you can ask for them at the desk. We'd be happy to stay at this Four Points or another one.

I'm here often and really enjoy staying at this hotel. It's close to where I travel for school and work, in a great area with lots of things to do and places to eat. The service is phenomenal. Taylor always brings fun energy and great service, and Toya is so sweet and makes sure we have what we need. I love the breakfast too, especially the potatoes that keep me full for hours. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. I'd absolutely stay again, 100/10.

I stayed for a week for work and had a wonderful time. The hotel was neat, close to restaurants and other necessities, and not far from the highway. Caleb made the stay especially enjoyable. He works both as a front desk agent and a bartender, and he's nice, quiet, and a bit shy. He had a wonderful personality and was happy to help make sure I had what I needed. I'd definitely recommend it.

We booked months ahead, but when we arrived they said the hotel was sold out and wouldn't honor our reservation. I'm writing this while stuck in a bed that's far too small for three adults. Want to rub butts with your friends? Come to Sheraton. At least I got an end spot. The guy in the middle has it much worse. This place is a nightmare, and you may not actually get a room when you show up. Update: The bathroom has strange rolling doors that don't close completely or lock. If you want everyone to see you through a three-inch gap, this is the right hellhole.
