The shower water stayed lukewarm the whole time, so I'm taking off a star. If it's hot on my next visit, I'll gladly give that star back. The hotel feels safe and comfortable, and it's a fairly new addition to the area, built within the last decade. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The jacuzzi and pool area are a nice feature.

Mr. Zee made our time at the bar special. He's a real standout, and this visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise after we've found the bartenders not always experienced. We enjoy the restaurant, Burgers and Brews, and usually stop at this Holiday Inn for a day while traveling to our vacation home in Vero Beach. This time we stayed longer for a Bills game and some shopping.

We had dinner at Burgers and Brews, where Zee was a great chef and gave us excellent service. The hot tub was good too. Justin made check-in quick and easy, greeted us kindly and respectfully, and made sure we had what we needed. The person who helped at checkout was attentive and fantastic. Thanks to everyone for making our overnight stay feel safe and amazing. Highly recommended ❤️

Check-in was a breeze, and the location and price are great. The hotel seems older. I liked the really firm bed, but my daughter didn't. The pillows should be replaced. All four I had were very soft, which wasn't good for my bad back.

We'd stayed at similarly priced hotels in this area and had disappointing experiences, so the friendly front desk and restaurant teams were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but the woman serving it was helpful and kind. Employees here went above and beyond, and the service exceeded what we expected.
