The pool is a good size, clean, and nice, the TV was good, and there are four working elevators with staff on site all day. The water is very soft, too. Breakfast has hot options, though the toaster oven pancakes and waffles weren't the worst I've had. Laundry is available, but there's only one set, up on the top floor. The room needs work. The tub was dirty and stained, the furniture was stained, and the carpet was crushed down with something that looked like old gum. There's no microwave, and there's just one chair at the dining table. The wall-mounted heating and AC unit was crowded by the bed. Bring your own blankets. There were dogs everywhere. Retail shuttle service is available.

The free shuttle to nearby restaurants was a real bonus, and the room was spacious and clean. We had a great stay before our cruise and I'd happily come back. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were awful, and the shower area in the bathroom was very dark.

Stephanie, the shuttle driver, was a superstar. We had some time between our flights and cruise, and she gladly took us to several places to shop and eat. She was such a delight. The front desk team were courteous and helpful, and all the staff were focused on customer service and took care of what we needed. Our room and the rest of the facility were spotless. Everything about our stay was excellent.

The staff even offered to get change from their own cars when we needed to break larger bills. We declined, but that was above and beyond. Everyone was amazing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to date. Breakfast was a great hit, and the shuttle to and from the airport was free. Our driver was so kind and friendly. They deserve more than five stars, and we'll definitely stay again.

They made us feel so welcome, and I was impressed by how accommodating everyone was. We stayed both before and after our cruise, and they kept the sodas and two beers we'd left behind for our return, still cold. After we got off the ship around 10 a.m., they stored our bags and took us to a nearby shopping area for lunch and a few things for an in-room dinner before our very early flight. Even though the hotel had been fully occupied the night before, they called just a few hours later to say our room was ready and sent the shuttle for us. I love the seating area in Hyatt Place rooms, and the beds are always comfortable. I'd seek this place out again and would gladly recommend it to others.
