Residence Inn By Marriott Jacksonville - Mayo Clinic Area

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always nice to see a familiar face. Michael and the other front desk staff provided great service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I especially liked unwinding on the peaceful patio after a long week. The stones give off a gentle warmth and light up in bad weather. Parking was free, which is another reason I’d gladly stay here again.

The gym was a real highlight for me. It’s fully equipped, with a treatment table and a Nu Step for people with more limited mobility. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh with a good variety, and the staff were mostly kind and helpful. It’s also very convenient if you’re going to Mayo Clinic.

From arriving early in the morning to dealing with the front desk and shuttle staff over the following days, the experience was excellent. Taylor and Mark in the dining area stood out for their service. They’re the sort of people who can make a trip memorable.

Taylor looked after us so well at the little bar and restaurant at The Residence Inn tonight. The service was personal, the food was surprisingly good, and Mark made us great drinks. We were really pleased with dinner and the care we got.
