Rachel and Morgan made me feel at home here, even though I’m introverted and shy. They helped make my move easy when I was nervous about living in such a nice complex. After I signed for a second-floor unit, I asked to switch to the fourth floor, and they handled the change quickly like it was no trouble. They’re kind and fun, put on community events, and take care of problems fast. This is the best complex I’ve lived in, and the staff really make the community feel warm.

Rise Bartram Park has a welcoming feel, with thoughtful touches like pizza and treats for residents. The fitness room and surrounding area are convenient, and the apartments are beautiful. The location is great, and Rachel, Gina, and Katlin have consistently given me really good customer service. It’s a lovely place to live.

Rachel welcomed me with a smile and was kind and professional. Since English isn’t my first language, I was nervous about all the application forms, but she patiently helped me through each step and put me at ease. Everything worked out just as she said. In less than a week, the process was complete, including the apartment maintenance needed before we moved in.

The tour models were so nicely arranged that they felt like home, and I knew right away I wanted to move in. Filling out the application that same day was an easy decision. The snacks in the fridge during the tour were a nice bonus, too. Thanks, Rachel.
