The team is what makes Residences at International Place feel like home. The front desk is always warm and attentive, housekeeping keeps everything spotless, and maintenance responds quickly and knows their stuff. The leadership also clearly cares about running the community well. I’ve lived here since January 2024, and I’m sorry I waited so long to write this. The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and everything feels peaceful, upscale, and well cared for. I feel safe, respected, and proud to call it home. It’s been one of my best living experiences, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for luxury living with genuinely caring people. Five stars are deserved. Thanks to the whole team.

We’ve been here for more than a month while we look for a house. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean with kitchenettes that have the basics. The grounds are kept up and well lit when I take my dog out at night. I’d definitely recommend booking here.

We rented a two-bedroom unit for a fraction of what a regular hotel room would cost, and it’s been a quiet, friendly, safe place for our family. The grounds are spotless, though the walls in our room could use a wipe. The sofa is worn but clean, and Rob ordered a replacement as soon as I mentioned it. The staff and management are great to deal with and quick to answer questions or address concerns. Prices around here are hard to beat. We’re extremely happy with our stay.

It’s quiet here even though the hotel is close to the highway and shopping, and restaurants are just a short walk away. We’ve spent two weeks here over the holidays, and our one-bedroom feels like a small apartment. There’s a full kitchen for cooking, plus laundry on site, an exercise room, and a workspace for anyone who wants it. The staff are quick to help with directions, extra towels, or packages, and the front desk always greets us with a smile. Jerethel has been especially helpful with our questions, and she’s both professional and kind. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about Residences at Tewksbury, the accommodations, or the service. It’s simply a nice place to stay.

Clean and comfortable, and every part of our stay went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. We were here for seven weeks after selling our home in Tewksbury, before heading to Florida. The front office, maintenance, maid service, and regional manager all took good care of us. SOLIDA, RONNELL, DEYSHALEE, CHRISSY, JERETHAL, ROGER, and regional manager ROB all went above and beyond. We’ll come back if we’re home for the holidays. We summer in MAINE, so we’ll stop by next year to say hello. Susan and Bob October to December 4 2025
