Amanda at Front Desk is patient, kind, and very professional. Her customer service is the best, and she speaks fluent Spanish. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The sheets had hair and brown stains on them, so they clearly hadn't been changed after the previous guest. I had to go to the office for fresh ones. While I was there, I saw the owner give another guest a king room, even though I’d been told none were available. I’d paid for a king room too, but was downgraded to a queen. When I showed staff the online price difference, they acted confused and said the price was the same. The room smelled of cigarettes, the floors and table were sticky, and there were ants on the dresser by the bed. I ended up buying cleaning supplies at the nearest Dollar Tree. This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it didn’t feel family or kid friendly. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d keep them inside.

We checked out at 11 after being told we’d get a refund for the next two nights, but the money still hasn’t come through. No one answers the phone, and they haven’t returned my calls. That’s why I’m leaving a more detailed review now. The area felt sketchy and smelled awful. Some rooms are half a block from check-in, and ours had bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The people next door were loud, fighting, and had sketchy visitors coming and going all night. When we politely asked to move rooms, they refused and handled it with terrible customer service. If you want a dirty room with weed and smoke smells, fighting, yelling, and profanity all night, this is the place. Otherwise, don’t book here.

I stayed one night on my way down to Florida. My gift card had a $200 balance, but now I can’t even pick up a $20 burger the next day. It said the charge would be $60, but for some reason they took another $100. I tried calling the hotel, but nobody answers and the mailbox is full. It’s sad, and makes me think they may have taken $200 twice.
