Holiday Inn Express Jamestown by IHG

It’s doable, but not quite what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The pool is shut down, and the room finishes look dated, with small TVs that seem over a decade old. The beds and pillows were clean, though the hotel could be cleaner. A few things around the lobby and elevators were off-putting.

I travel a lot for business, and every employee I dealt with showed me the best hospitality I’ve ever had at a hotel. They made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, and God bless you. Jerel

We booked two rooms and checked in around 7PM. One room was clean, but the other was still dirty. We were reassigned, and that room was dirty too. I’m not sure the hotel worker knew she worked there. The milk at continental breakfast was sour and chunky. We definitely won’t come back. Spend your money elsewhere.

The room itself was fine and clean, but it felt dated if you’re used to the newer I. H. G hotels. This place is a throwback. The business center had no equipment, the pool was dry, and there was only one ice maker, which didn’t work. It just wasn’t what I expected from a modern I Hg hotel.
