Quality Inn Jasper

The staff made the stay, always friendly and checking that we were enjoying ourselves. We had a remodeled room, which was very nice for the price, and breakfast was good. The pool was clean and nice, too. Some rooms were being renovated, but surprisingly, we hardly heard any work. I'll definitely come back.

We have a three-year-old who travels with us, and the staff have been so family-friendly, which makes all the difference. The front desk people and housekeepers are super friendly and helpful, and after almost six months we've gotten to know everyone, even the maintenance man. They're all courteous, and we're very happy with them. Our rooms are always clean and well cared for, and anything that comes up gets handled quickly. We started staying here when it was Quality Inn and have been here through the renovations and changeovers to Red Roof Inn. Over the past year we've stayed at MANY hotels, including Best Western and the Jasper Sleep Inn, but this is by far our favorite.

When I arrived late at night, the desk attendant came out to the lot and showed me where to park my truck with its gooseneck trailer. Most places won't even offer an opinion until someone wants the vehicle moved. The staff had been VERY nice on the phone, and even though a different shift was working by the time I arrived, I still got great service. The building looks a little old outside, but the room was super nice and up to date. The price was good, too. I usually don't give full five stars without a full breakfast, but the room and courteous staff earned every star I can give.

This is our second stay, and they recognized my fiancé this time, which is awesome customer service in my book. The rooms are just the right size, the property is very well lit, and housekeeping does a good job. Breakfast is amazing, and overall it's a great place. We'll keep staying here on our trips to Jasper!
