The Biggest Loser Resort Niagara

I came for a work retreat and left with a whole new perspective on life. I’d expected to exercise and eat healthy food, but the three days gave me the mental reset I hadn’t realized I needed. The staff, owner included, were so kind that they felt like family right from day one. I’ll always remember their warmth and hospitality. Thanks to everyone who made this one of my best core memories. I’m writing this on my husband’s account, and my initials are RC.

The food was phenomenal, and I was never hungry. It’s hard to believe healthy food can taste that good. I only wish our group had met the chef. Other groups said he made several appearances, but ours never saw him, and I would’ve liked to talk with him. I learned a lot from the health and fitness staff, who clearly care and put their hearts into the work. They shared personal stories and gave me so much support. The program is about more than weight loss. Thanks to Theresa, Heather, Danielle, Alex, and Stephanie. You’ve changed my life for the better. The nutritionists, housekeeping, and food service team also helped make the stay such a great experience. Each of you has a special place in my heart. I was there for just one week, though I’d recommend at least two weeks in a row. My room was a different story. I’d requested a king bed, but was told none were available. The air conditioning in the room I got was so loud it sounded like a semi truck driving through, and I couldn’t sleep the first night, so I had to move. Later I found out room W122 had a king bed and sat empty all week. I’m unhappy with Suzanne and Alice at the front desk for being untruthful.

I’ve been here four weeks, and the staff have been outstanding. They’ve handled every request with a smile, and the facilities and surroundings are lovely. The trainers and nutritionists are welcoming, knowledgeable, and just delightful. The food’s surprisingly delicious, too. If you want to move toward a healthier lifestyle, a week, two weeks, or even six here can teach you what you need to know. It’s well worth the cost.

I went today, but they were closed. The driveway and parking area were in terrible shape.
