Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC

I called today to book a massage and facial. The front desk said the Spa was helping another client and would call me back, but 20 minutes passed with no call. When I called again, I got through to the Spa. The administrator asked a few questions, then offered options for exactly the thing I'd just told her not to do. It sounded like she wasn't paying attention to what I was trying to arrange. I called back and asked for a manager, hoping we could resolve the issue. The manager listened and apologized, but offered no solution. Awful teamwork. This didn't feel like Four Season service or problem solving.

The restaurant is such a beautiful spot for the holidays, with lots of cute places for photos. I didn't even get a picture of the sleigh. The service was amazing, from Frank welcoming us to Danwel helping us choose the best dishes. The pasta was the best I've ever tasted, and the mashed potatoes were amazing too. The tableside steak service was next level. Highly recommend for a special occasion, especially Christmas.

The hot apple cider was lovely for winter, and the tea was fantastic. Paul from room service and Natalya at the front desk were wonderful, as was Lauren at Bourbon Steak. It's a lovely, well kept hotel near Georgetown, and we'll certainly be back!

I'm not a guest. Today, February 18 at 6:26 PM, I was delivering food to one of the hotel's guests. Because I wasn't dressed well and wasn't in a high end car, the valet rushed me to move after I'd been in the spot for less than five minutes. I was in my car trying to enter my GPS so I could leave, and they were already scrolling. Two other cars were in the same spot, with people inside, and both were high end. Nobody said anything to them. I'm bringing food to their guest, but seeing how delivery people are treated makes me doubt guests will receive their orders. We're all equal?
