National at Market Square

Four years in, I’m very happy living here and would gladly recommend the building. The location is perfect, the shared spaces are kept clean, and the amenities are great. The front desk team helps the place feel safe and welcoming, and staff make an effort to connect residents and build a sense of community. Management is responsive and professional, and you can tell they care about residents. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, while updates about the building come through clearly and on time.

After moving to DC from out of town, I searched all over for an apartment near downtown. This building was the best match for what I needed. It’s clean, has lots of amenities, and the management team is ready to sort out issues when they come up. There are daily and weekly groups that meet regularly, and concierge staff email you when packages or deliveries arrive. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to live in downtown DC.

I’m grateful to be part of the community at The Lexington at Market Square. The team is warm, welcoming, and clearly cares about how residents are doing. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile make me feel at home. I absolutely love living here.

A really great place to live. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, and it’s an eight-minute walk from the Johns Hopkins University DC campus. The people at the front desk and in the leasing office are so helpful and nice. Highly recommend!
