Courtyard Jefferson City

They let me check in a little early because of my medical issues, and that immediately made the stay feel off to a great start. The room was SUPER clean. I checked nearly every inch of the bathroom, and it was SPOTLESS. The bedding was fresh, too. When I stepped off the elevator, I could smell fresh flowers. A housekeeper was spraying perfume on the carpets and vacuuming behind, which felt like going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. A+.

They let us arrange a one-hour late checkout, which gave us time to see the Capitol and L&C monument. The Capitol is a short walk away, and there's a bike cleaning station for people riding the Katy Trail. The bridge you'd use coming from the trail is being rebuilt, so there's a minor reroute through busier intersections. The hotel let us know before we arrived. Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and we had a good stay.

On 11/22/2025 we had a really pleasant stay. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the rooms are always clean with fresh linens and pillows. A couple of things could be better: the bathroom floors should slope toward the drain, and the heated pool could be warmer. There's no hot tub. Whenever we stay in Jeff City, we plan to stay with Marriott. Thanks, everyone.

The room met good standards and the hotel was nice, but the front desk staff felt impersonal and inconsiderate. They seemed more interested in their phones than helping. At check-in I gave them my BonVoy number, then they asked me to read it out even though I'd shown it to them. At checkout it wasn't on my receipt, and I didn't get my rewards. There was so much noise around us that I could hear the neighbors coughing, which made it hard to fall asleep. The bed is super firm.
