I arrived feeling ill, and the rest I got here helped me get over it quickly. I travel quite a bit, and this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time outside of sandals hotels. Housekeeping was immaculate: no dust or fingerprints on the bathroom fixtures, and the mirror was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable, with more than 100 TV channels to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful, and their work area was clean and organized. They seemed professional in how they acted too. I’ll be doing more business in Jeffersonville and will definitely choose this hotel from now on. Thanks to the staff and housekeeping!

It’s right off the highway and quiet and clean, with a nice gym. The location wasn’t the greatest for us since there wasn’t much within walking distance. We stayed here for our Louisville stop. The onsite restaurant, Fuzzy’s, was good, with great service and really good breakfast sandwiches, though they seemed to run out of quite a few things. Check-in was a little odd, as one staff member didn’t seem familiar with the service dog policy. Still, it was a good stay.

I spent at least three hours of the night trying not to think about the bugs in my room. I found two in my bed and more around the room. At least they weren’t bed bugs. Victor was there when I needed someone to come up and deal with them. He let me vent and talk, and I really enjoyed that. You’re a great guy, Victor. Hope to meet you again, and I hope the maintenance guy wasn’t too horrified by the bugs, lol. Maybe put screen on the front of the AC units with hot glue to stop bugs from coming into the room. That wasn’t all of them, just what I saw in the first hour. Have a great day.

During our four-day stay, we asked for housekeeping repeatedly, but it never came. We got no room cleaning, fresh towels, or restocking of basics, and ran out of nearly everything before having to ask staff for essentials. For a Hilton-branded hotel, that service was nowhere near what I expected. There were also large, obvious hairs in the shower, so the room didn’t seem properly cleaned before we arrived or during the stay. The view was nothing like what you’d reasonably expect and wasn’t worth promoting as a selling point. Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville Louisville North was a huge disappointment, with poor service, questionable cleanliness, and no follow-through. We won’t be back, and I’d advise others to look elsewhere.
