I was there for personal, special circumstances, not a vacation, so the support meant a lot. The staff were kind and patient from the moment I arrived, and showed real care when comfort and understanding mattered most. My room was a quiet, safe-feeling place to rest. The hotel was clean and comfortable, too. I’m very grateful for the hospitality and would recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville North/Jeffersonville to anyone who wants people to care about their stay.

MOE at the Front Desk made it possible for me to set up the room with goodies before my husband and his son arrived for their overnight together. They live far apart, so I wanted to make the time special. The hotel staff were helpful on the phone, and MOE arranged access, brought extra towels and pillows, and found them a great room in the perfect spot. They loved the stay and the beautiful surroundings inside and out. The location is picture perfect, and the service and hospitality were excellent. Thank you so much, MOE.

We enjoyed the evening walk across the pedestrian bridge over the river, and our room looked out onto a park. After I mixed up our travel dates and location, we called at the last minute for two rooms. Travis quickly arranged adjoining rooms for two nights and reassured me, and Starr gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. The room was really nice, and the Kentucky Derby Museum is only about 15 minutes away.

We loved that our whole variety of pets could come along, and the kitchens made the place feel like home. The hot tub was wonderfully warm after the drive, and there was a fire pit beside the pool. The gym even had a water cooler. Dim lighting in the rooms helped us sleep in. Harvey made waffles, and Autumn and the housekeeping team were attentive to our particular needs. We walked over the bridge for an amazing view of the Louisville skyline. We’ll be back for Abby road and the derby.
