We could easily walk from the hotel to shops and places to eat, and the staff were super kind. The stay was comfortable and we were very well looked after. I have a gluten intolerance, so I was grateful that they had gluten-free bagels for breakfast when I asked.

I was here for a conference, and the hotel was very convenient to the conference center. It’s also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and several places to eat. The room was clean and the stay was good overall. Breakfast each morning was awful, though, so you may be disappointed if breakfast matters to you.

Getting to the beach for sunrise was a highlight, just a very short walk. Our room had a little ocean view, and the hotel itself was clean, quiet despite being packed, and in a great location. The furniture was updated, and the rooms were really spacious. Everyone was respectful, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast and the hot tub were favorites. There was a kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes and utensils, plus a medium-sized fridge that was great to have. The living area had a pull-out sofa bed and a drape that separated it from the bedroom. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and other basics. I wish the pool had been heated, but otherwise we had a great stay. The room photos and video were taken on checkout day.

The hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of a shopping center with places to eat. But the cleanliness was awful. I have allergies and went home sick after our stay. They said rooms get a deep clean after pets, but ours didn’t even seem to have had a regular clean. There were stains across the carpet and office chair, dust on the side tables, and hairs and stains on the pillows. The bathroom door was dirty, wouldn’t lock, and left a huge gap when shut. Our room was spacious, but the whole second floor smelled like wet dog. Maybe they clean more thoroughly during peak summer, which could explain the difference in cleanliness people report.
